HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.987 of 2015 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the subject motor cycle has been auctioned and the sale proceeds are remitted. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed to him by the Inspector concerned. In view of the above, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
