When the matter is listed on 24.07.2017 under the caption 'for Judgment', there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and this Court directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even when the matter is listed, today, under the caption 'for dismissal', there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
