THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.168 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C seeking to withdraw HMOP No.19 of 2016 from the file of the VII Additional District Judge-cum-Family Court, Sangareddy, Medak District and transfer the same to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Nizamabad.

As per the material papers filed along with the petition, the matter is pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Angareddy. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail remedies available to her under law. Permission is accorded. In the result, the Tr.CMP is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Tr.CMP, shall stand closed.
