HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.11397 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the authorities are not undertaking survey and fixation of boundaries in his land admeasuring Ac.1-17 guntas and Ac.0-33 guntas in Sy.No.208 and 353 respectively of Old Palvoncha Village, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner submitted an application on-line along with the requisite fee and acting thereupon the Tahsildar, Palvoncha Mandal, issued notice dated 08.01.2019 calling upon him to furnish certain material, which was duly produced by the petitioner vide letter dated 02.02.2019. The endorsement thereon reflects that the Tahsildar's office received the same. The Revenue Divisional Officer then issued communication dated 24.4.2019 requesting the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Bhadradri Kothagudem district, to undertake the exercise.

The grievance of the petitioner is that no steps have been taken pursuant thereto. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would however inform this Court that it would be the Tahsildar concerned who would undertake the survey with the assistance of the Mandal Surveyor.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Palvoncha Village, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's survey application in accordance with the due procedure expeditiously and in any event, not later than

eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
