THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4946 of 2016 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in not completing the investigation and laying the charge sheet in Crime No.337 of 2013 of CCS, Hyderabad registered against the fourth and fifth respondent, as illegal and improper.
When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Pleader for Home submits that entire investigation is complete and charge sheet is also filed.
In view of the representation made by the Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous as the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
