2 Vizianagaram Municipality, Rep. by its Commissioner, Vizianagaram. .....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent authority in evicting the petitioner from the Arugupy shop of Janatha Bazar, Vizianagaram without issuing any notice or following due process of law as arbitrary, illegal, null and void and against norms of public policy and principles of natural justice. WPMP.NO:2754 of 2015 Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the W.P., the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent authority not to evict the petitioner from the Arugupy shop of Janatha Bazar, Vizianagaram, pending disposal of WP No.2061 of 2015 on the file of the High Court.
