HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.4830 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the compensation amount to the petitioners in respect of the lands bearing Sy.Nos.722 Ac.1.07, 723 Ac.2.26 and 724 Ac.2.33, total admeasuring Ac.6.25 guntas situated at Tarfa Belal now Bodhan Vilalge & Mandal, Nizamabad District.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, Sri V. Tulasi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has got instructions from his clients that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the writ petition may be closed.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
