Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - The Land Reforms Tribunal, Sangareddy cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Sangareddy Division, Medak District in considering the representations of the petitioner dated 11.8.2016 and 19.08.2016 for exclusion of the subject lands from surrender proceedings in C.C.No.657/Z/75 under Rule 7(5) of A.P. Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Rules, 1973, on par with other purchasers as per the orders of this court in C.R.P.No.1921/1995 and batch dated 23.2.2000, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the leaned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 11.8.2016 and 19.8.2016 in accordance with law. No costs.
