THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9406 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is non-payment of compensation towards bore-wells and trees of the petitioner in Sy.Nos.92 and 96 of Chamanpally village, Dharmaram Mandal, Peddapalli Revenue Division, Peddapalli District.

For the purpose of undertaking Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Pranahitha-Chevella Sujala Sravanthi Lift Irrigation scheme under Kaleshwaram Project, the respondent authorities acquired the properties of the petitioners herein by way of sale deeds, dated 10.05.2016.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents paid compensation towards the lands acquired but failed to pay the compensation towards the bore-wells and the trees situated in the said lands. It is the further submission of the leaned counsel that, in fact, the petitioner herein submitted representation to the respondents on 01.12.2016, for redressal of his grievance, but no action has been taken so far. It is also the submission of the learned counsel that the petitioner herein will now submit a representation to the respondent authorities and the same may

be directed to be considered by the respondents by fixing some time limit.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is filed by the petitioner herein the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to submit a representation to the respondents, for redressal of his grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, if any such representation is made by the petitioner herein, the same be verified and appropriate orders be passed, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI,J 20th April, 2018 Tsy
