THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.4571 of 2016 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.4 in not taking any action against the respondent No.6 to 9, with regard to Crime No.5/2016 dated 12.01.2016 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently sought for a direction to take action against the respondent No.6 to 9.

The learned counsel for the petitioners is not present. Heard learned Government Pleader (Home). The learned Government Pleader submits that the police have conducted investigation in Crime No.5/2016 dated 12.01.2016 and filed final report dated 31.05.2017, before the concerned Court, referring the dispute as civil in nature.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, the petitioners are given liberty to agitate their rights according to law before the appropriate Forum.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
