ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was pursuing his remedies in a wrong forum from 2003 to till date. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act by filing an application and on filing such an application, the Authority shall entertain the same without adverting to the issue of limitation. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
