O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was as to the inaction on the part of the

police authorities upon his complaint which was registered as Crime No.455 of 2011 on the file of L.B.Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District. The Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, furnished written instructions dated 10.06.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that after due investigation in Crime No.455 of 2011 which was registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC on the file of the L.B.Nagar Police Station, appropriate charge-sheet was filed before the II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar and the case is presently undergoing trial in C.C.No.1023 of 2012. In the light of the aforestated facts, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged police inaction was wholly without basis. The writ petition is therefore dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
