This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.10, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.46 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Krishnagiri Police Station, Kurnool District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file similar type of petition before the Sessions Court. Permission is granted. 3.
