The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject suit in A.S.No.4 of 2013 on the file of Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC/ ST (POA) Act-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Nizamabad, was disposed of on 28.04.2016. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging the Interlocutory order passed in the said Appeal Suit.

In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
