THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO W.P.No.40086 of 2016
ORDER
This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed by petitioners seeking to declare the action of respondents in not considering the representations dated 15.11.2016 and 30.01.2016 by passing appropriate orders in naming the Chengomul Police Station at Meerjapur instead of Manneguda, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
It is stated in the affidavit that the respondents have constructed a building to establish the police station as well as High Way Traffic Police Station at Meerjapur, in the land to an extent of Ac.3.00 in Sy.No.122/6 situated at Meerjapur Village, Pudur Mandal, Vikarabad District, belonging to the Government, and decided to inaugurate the same in the name of Chengomul Police Station at Manneguda in stead of Meerjapur. Hence, the petitioners made aforesaid representations to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to name the said Police Station as Chengomul Police Station at Meerjapur instead of Manneguda, but no action has been taken thereon. Hence, they filed the present writ petition. 3.

In view of the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioners to make a
RE, J W.P.No.40086 of 2016 representation before the 1st respondent on or before 30.12.2016, and on such representation, the 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months thereafter. 5.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
