HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU C.R.P. No. 713 of 2012 O R D E R:- On 16.10.2017, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption " for dismissal" . Even today, when the matter is called, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter any further.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
