By order dated 5.12.2016, petitioner was temporarily suspended, pending disciplinary action and a disciplinary charge memo was issued.

Learned Special Standing Counsel submitted that the enquiry was completed but so far no final orders are passed. Having regard to these facts, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pass final orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If no orders are passed, respondents are directed to revoke suspension. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
