Heard learned counsel for petitioner and perused the impugned order. 2) While directing the petitioner to deposit 1/4th of the fine amount, the lower appellate Court has not granted any time is the grievance of learned counsel for petitioner.

3) In that view, petitioner is granted three (3) weeks time to deposit 1/4th of the fine amount as directed by the lower appellate Court and other conditions in the impugned order shall hold good. 4) The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
