M.Praveen Kumar Goud v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11417 OF 2019 O R D E R :
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
However, learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 to 7 submits that petitioner has filed some forged documents in OS.No.156 of 2016, as such, she opposes for granting permission to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. It is to be seen that if any forged documents are filed by the petitioner in OS.No.156 of 2016, it is open for the respondents to avail remedies against the same. In this writ petition this Court is not deciding the validity of any documents. Since petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition, permission is accorded to the petitioner to withdraw writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
