THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.122 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 30.09.2016 passed in I.A.No.1422 of 2016 in I.A.No.642 of 2016 in A.S.No.21 of 2016 on the file of XI Additional District Judge, Krishna at Gudivada. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both parties submitted that the appellate Court may be directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the impugned order.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned XI Additional District Judge, Krishna at Gudivada, is hereby directed to dispose of A.S.No.21 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
