THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.1518 of 2016 ORDER:

The counsel for respondents places on record acknowledgment cheque bearing No.969902 dated 27-09-2016 for a sum of Rs.1,07,111/ - by petitioner.

The counsel for petitioner submits that, if any omission in calculation to be attended to by the respondents, liberty may be given to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in that regard, including filing a representation to respondents. While closing the Contempt Case as not pressed, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file representation if any arithmetical or calculation error in amount arrived at is noticed and the request of petitioner can be examined.
