SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4113 of 2005 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of passing of the final assessment orders, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order granted by this Court on 7.3.2005 is vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
