HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.151 of 2005 ORDER : (Per Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This appeal is filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, by the petitioner in F.C.O.P.No.148 of 2004, aggrieved by order dated 20.06.2005, passed by the Family Court, Secunderabad, dismissing his petition filed under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of his marriage performed with respondent on 20.05.2003.

Though this appeal was filed in 2005, it underwent several adjournments along with the other connected appeal in FCA.No.143 of 2005. Recently, when it was listed on 28.01.2015, it was adjourned by two weeks at the request of counsel for appellant and when it was listed on 11.02.2015, again adjourned by one week. Today when the matter is called in the forenoon and afternoon sessions, there is no representation on behalf of appellant.

In the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is of the view that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
