THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 22940 of 2009 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.4 in straightaway starting to remove the boards with the brand name "TTA DOCOMO" without issuing any notice and without following due process of law, as arbitrary, illegal and without jurisdiction and in violation of the provisions of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955....." The subject matter of this writ petition relates to demand of advertisement fee by treating the sign boards as advertisements. The issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the common order, dated 01.12.2009, passed by this Court in W.P.No.23354 of 2009 and batch.

Following the aforesaid order, this writ petition is allowed in terms thereof.
