This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondent No.2 in not conducting investigation in Cr.No.72 of 2018 of Shamirpet Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that during investigation Lws 1 to 3 were examined and their statements were recorded and Notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was served to the accused Nos 1 to 19 on 12-04-2018 and collected documents from the Sub-Registrar Office, Medchal. It is also stated that investigation is completed and after obtaining legal opinion case will be finalized within six weeks. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to finalize the case and file appropriate report within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
