No representation for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and cognizance was taken by the learned XI-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad in C.C.No.785 of 2015, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
