HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2290 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. The FIR is lodged at the instance of de-facto complainant, who is the wife of accused No.1 for the offences under Sections 498-A & 324 IPC. The investigation is reported to be pending. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that station bail was granted to all the accused. Having regard to the fact that investigation is in the mid way, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. Hence, the police of Mahabubnagar Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, are directed to conduct investigation expeditiously and file the report. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
