THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.935 OF 2011 ORDER:

1 This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C challenging the order dated 30.11.2010 passed in Crl.R.P.No.19 of 2010 on the file of Court of the VII Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Visakhapatnam wherein and whereby the order dated 21.04.2010 passed in M.C.No.29 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Chodavaram was revised, granting maintenance to the third respondent only.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this case, with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law, including filing of petition under Section 127 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Permission is accorded. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
