This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 11.12.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38128 of 2014. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case and he filed a letter dated 30.11.2018 before the Registry to that effect.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
