Avula Sagar, v. The State Of Telangana
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44459 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to register a case basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 04.06.2016 followed by 07.12.2016 against the 5th respondent.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Dundigal, Cyberabad is not registering a case against the 5th respondent basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 04.06.2016 and 07.12.2016.
Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to register a case against the 5th respondent if the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 04.06.2016 followed by 07.12.2016 discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report if any. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent, he is at liberty to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 20.12.2016.
