Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had resigned from the office as Director by 01.04.2022 and its reflection in the Master data reflected in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs strong case is made out for granting stay of all further proceedings in STC NI No.5332 of 2024 on the file of the XI Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hyderabad, till 12.06.2025. Accordingly ordered.

Issue notice to respondent Nos.2 to 6.
