Today when this matter is taken up, Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned senior counsel, appearing for M/ s.Bharadwaj Associates, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that a comprehensive suit is required to be filed to address the grievances of the petitioners and accordingly sought permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. 2 .

The Revision Petitioners are at liberty to workout the remedies available under law.

With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed.
