This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not investigating the case in Crime No.100 of 2019 of Bhadrachalam Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, dated 21.04.2019, against respondent Nos.6 and 7.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the crime was investigated into and final report will be filed before the concerned Court shortly. 4.

Since investigation stated already over, the writ petition is disposed of granting four weeks time for filing final report. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
