HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21880 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. The Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of parties. The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.13, V.Appapuram Village, Nuzendla Mandal, Guntur District. The authorization of the petitioner was earlier suspended on 10.09.2014 and, upon filing W.P.No.4850 of 2014, proceedings dated 10.09.2014 were withdrawn. While so, the Deputy Tahsildar, Nuzendla Mandal, inspected the shop of the petitioner on 31.01.2015 and found some variation in stock. In view of the same, 6A proceedings were initiated against the petitioner. The second respondent issued a show cause notice dated 12.02.2015 and the petitioner submitted her explanation.
So far no orders have been passed by the second respondent and stock is not being supplied to the petitioner. Hence the Writ Petition. This Writ Petition came up 'for admission' on 15.07.2015 and it was adjourned for the instructions of the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. Till today, no instructions are obtained by the learned Government Pleader. In the circumstances, respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall supply stock to the petitioner so long as her authorization is in force and valid.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs. _______________________________
