The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is as follows: "to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 4th respondent in causing his interference in the civil disputes at the behest of unofficial respondents though the properties covered under the suit O.S.NO.168 of 2013 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge-cum-VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar is unconcerned to the petitioner herein, as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein to take action against the 4th respondent for causing his interference in the civil disputes by misusing his official power, and to grant such other relief of reliefs".
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, states that the fourth respondent is not interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.
Recording the said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
