THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.33997 OF 2017 ORDER:

After making submissions for some time, Sri K.V. Raghuveer, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer against the decision of the Tahsildar.

Leave is granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file appeal, if so advised, before the Revenue Divisional Officer. It is needless to observe that as and when such appeal is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the Revenue Divisional Officer in accordance with law after putting the affected parties on notice and after affording due opportunity to them. A decision to this effect shall be made as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
