K. Pranish, Hyd. v. Prl. Secy., Home Dept. And 2 ORS.
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10986 of 2013 ORDER:
Ms. Vidyu Latha, learned counsel, appearing for the learned counsel for the petitioner, informs the Court that the petitioner has taken away the bundle with no objection vakalat from their office long back and they have no instructions.
However, from the perusal of the record, no other counsel entered appearance by filing vakalat. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
