THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.12284 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in not continuing the petitioner into service as a lecturer in Chemistry in the 2nd respondent's college on contract basis as usual as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the principles of natural justice.

Heard both the counsel.

Both counsels with one voice submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
