Heard both sides. From the consensus arrived, the appeal A.S.No.21 of 2017 pending before the learned I Addl.Chief Judge, Secunderabad, is withdrawn and transferred to XXVII Addl.Chief Judge, Secunderabad, to hear along with A.S.No.6 of 2011 which is also preferred out of the same judgment and pass common orders in both the appeals.
