Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents herein on 23.01.2018, but no action has been taken by the respondents so far on the said representation. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents herein to take appropriate action on the said representation strictly in accordance with law. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that if any such representation is pending with the respondents, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing the respondents to verify the representation, dated 23.01.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
