It is stated by counsel for respondent that the order passed by this Court has since been complied with and proceedings in P1/255(Gen)/2016-MYP-I dt.02.03.2017 have been issued by the 4th respondent altering the date of regularization of the petitioner. 3.

Having regard to the fact that a fresh reasoned order has been passed as directed by this Court in the order dt.26.10.2016 in WP.No.36271 of 2016, it cannot be said that the respondents have violated the said order.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
