THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1482 of 2000 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed against the interim order dated 28.07.2000 passed in W.P. No.13718 of 2000.

The said writ petition itself was dismissed on 27.08.2008. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition itself, nothing survives for consideration in the present Contempt Case and accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
