Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, as alleged in the Writ Petition, the respondent authorities are not interfering with the business of the petitioner herein. The statement of the learned Government Pleader is placed on record. So long as the licence in favour of the petitioner subsists, there cannot be any interference. Recording the statement of the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
