THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NOs.24729 AND 24669 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Accused Nos. 1 and 2 in S.T.C.No.4 of 2015 on the file of the XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur, filed the above writ petitions challenging the in action of the respondents in compounding the offence.

During the pendency of the above writ petitions, the learned Magistrate passed an order, dated 07-08-2015 in the above STC No.4 of 2015 directing the respondents to compound the offence as per law and file a report. In view of the same, no further orders need to be passed in the above writ petitions.

2. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
