Having regard to pendency of O.S.No.26 of 2016 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada and L.G.O.P.No.80 of 2016 on the file of District Judge, Krishna, Machilipatnam, counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out the grievance in these matters.
