- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.9570 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed praying to issue writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from land to an extent of Ac.1-00 guntas in Sy.No.214, Wadapally Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District. 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that on detail enquiry, it was found that the survey number comprises of Acs.9-34 guntas and there are 11 other persons in possession. Petitioner has not produced any material in support of the claim in spite of affording opportunity. He also submits that the subject land is a private land and that the Tahsildar is not interfering. 3.

In view of the said statement of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to make a representation to the Tahsildar, Damaracherla Village, ventilating her grievance, as reflected in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. 4.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to make a representation and to place on record all material in support of her claim that she is the owner of the property in Sy.No.214, Wadapally Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, the Writ petition is disposed of. If such representation is made, the Tahsildar shall examine the claim of the petitioner and furnish suitable reply. There shall be no order as to costs.

- 3 - Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
