O R D E R

The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking for a direction to registration authorities - respondents 2 and 3, not to entertain the sale deed presented by 4th respondent for registration in respect of subject property.

It is well settled that disputed questions of fact cannot be gone into by this court under writ jurisdiction. The leaned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the case for some and when this court was not inclined to entertain the writ petition, sought permission to withdraw the writ petition, to avail the alternative remedy.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
