THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3037 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.388 of 2019 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mancherial. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.2 filed the petition for quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, he restricts his prayer seeking a direction to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner/accused No.2 in the aforesaid Calendar Case before the Court below.

Considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioner/accused No.2 in C.C.No.388 of 2019 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mancherial, is dispensed with.

However, the petitioner/accused No.2 shall appear before the Court below as and when her personal appearance is so warranted, in respect of the aforesaid Calendar Case.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
