Learned counsel for the petitioner would represent that pursuant to the interim order dated 24.05.2007 in WPMP.No.13473 of 2007, the petitioner was considered for interview and interview was also conducted, wherein he was declared as disqualified.

In view of the said representation, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order dated 24.05.2007 stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
