Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer, Prohibition & Excise Station, Ongole, Prakasam District to enlarge the petitioner/A5 on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with PR.No. 168 of 2015-16 of Prohibition & Excise Station, Ongole.
